The Supply Chain analyst will produce critical decision support analytics for the Operations team and perform the day-to-day processing of SAP transactions for the Supply Chain team. The right candidate for this position will have the ability to use our business systems and become knowledgeable with other technologies to drive better operating decisions. He/she should also be knowledgeable in the commercial side of the business, and understand the impact Operations has on financial results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining the reporting of daily orders to assist management with identifying budget risks
  • Setup and maintain SAP master data (SKU and Customer)
  • Assist in tracking status for New Product Development projects
  • Maintain SKU specification workbook
  • Proactively analyze and create KPI reports to identify main drivers and trends
  • Work closely with UK team and local sales teams to organize and distribute sales samples
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Manager to perform root-cause analysis on issues and pro-actively develop solutions within the supply chain
  • Liaise with UK for quality issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track and reconcile product allocations
  • Identify and proactively make recommendations for initiatives on working smarter to continue making the Operations department more efficient

Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant major preferred (Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics)
  • 2-3 years of supply chain experience, with preference in the spirits industry
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • SAP experience, preferred
  • Ability to work in NYC
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • At least 21 years of ageIn this position you should be able to demonstrate the leadership standards (Inspire, Change, Collaborate, Engage and Deliver) within your role on a day-to-day basis
