The Market Manager role designs and implements a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and ensures a strong presence in South New Jersey, with strong ties to Atlantic City. The role will work closely with his/her Edrington Americas counterparts and Distributor teams, to deliver short-term results and build long-term brand value. Key pillars of the position include: Account Management, Brand Building, Distributor Engagement, Identifying Opportunities, Implementing a Strategic Sales Plan and Hitting Key Performance Indicators. Success in the position will deliver (or over-deliver) against defined annual goals and continued exceptional growth of the Edrington brands including The Macallan, Highland Park, Glenrothes. The Famous Grouse, Cutty Sark, Brugal Rum, Wyoming Whiskey, Noble Oak Bourbon, and Partida Tequila. The Market Manager will also play a key role, supporting the Area/Region Manager and working in close collaboration with the distributor partner to shape the business in their territory.
