This position is based in the NY office and reports to the Business to Business and Business to Consumers Managers. The purpose of this role will be to support efforts of The Commercial and Marketing Integration Team throughout the Americas by assisting with asset management, e-commerce, distributor content, POS as well as invoicing and budget tracking. In addition, this role will include a specific development project to be completed throughout the duration of the internship.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the management of all Digital Assets on the multiple platforms
  • Participate in the transition of POS vendors and suppliers
  • Managing quality control of POS and printed materials
  • Assist with Ecommerce project, monitoring inconsistency in the digital landscape
  • Lead the uploading and organizing of portfolio assets to third party vendors
  • Assist with mailing list management and organization for content distribution
  • Assist with POS Project procurement
  • Assist CMI team to provide consistent and timely assets and information to Division Marketing
  • Ensure SharePoint and asset library portfolio tools and are up to date
  • Assist with uploading, tracking and analyzing performance of National Account Mandates
  • Help CMI team as needed to manage billing and coding of invoices
  • Assist with coordination and planning of large distributor marketing summit
  • Assist with shopper insights research working closely with business intelligence team
  • Measure effectiveness of programs and recommend adjustments as needed 

Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience (internship or professional) preferred
  • Microsoft office
  • Budget Management is a plus
  • Able to multi-task
  • Keen willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the US
